STPL is supplying U Blots, Jack Rod, Spring Pin and Center Bolts as well as FASTENERS to its customers also cater to the needs of the replacement market all over INDIA. We have a production capacity of 9600metric tons/annum which gives STPL the ability to supply quality products and timely delivery of material. In our long association with manufacturers and export customers, we have been doing new developments, improving designs, and increasing the life of the spring. We have an effective design and development team to look into the R&D of the future of commercial vehicle.

Quality norms have been set up in the plant as per OEM standards. STPL works with Poka Yoke, 5S, and Kaizen tools to upgrade and produce a quality product in a timely manner 5S, TQM, and SPC is being used in the plants to establish effective parameters for delivering a cost-effective product that meets the quality requirements. Inward inspection, metallurgy, and effective heat treatment control is the foundation of our production. We have an effective team of quality consultants from MACE guiding us on quality improvement. A team of qualified professionals works in a dedicated manner to upgrade and improve the quality standards and productivity of the company. This helps us and gives an effective and professional service to our customers. Our design and development have SOLID-WORKS simulation software and also Auto CAD 3D software for designing.
